Upon request, Subscribers will be given access to billing records that support charges for use of the Service. BY FILLING OUT AND SUBMITTING THE CREDIT CARD DATA FIELDS ON THE JOIN FORM, YOU APPOINT COMPANY AS YOUR AUTHORIZED AGENT FOR THE LIMITED PURPOSE OF COLLECTING SAID CREDIT CARD DATA AND TRANSMITTING IT IN A SECURE OR ENCRYPTED FORMAT TO THE CREDIT CARD MERCHANT FOR THE PRODUCT SO PURCHASED ON THE JOIN FORM.

11. No Fraud Concerning Payment. 12. Indemnification. 15. Termination of Membership. The Service may be terminated by COMPANY at any time, with or without cause.
